Gin Rin Soragoi from Yellow Monkey

For some this is a bit of a contentious variety, in terms of what its called. Seen quite a few people calling these white monkeys but to me that would imply Shiromuji but this certainly has the colour tone of Soragoi so call it whatever Monkey you want, the variety is Gin Rin Soragoi. The lineage names I personally don't get too caught up with as for a lot of hobbyists it proceeds the fish and people forget they still need to look at the physical characteristics of the Koi. I fully agree its very helpful to have an idea of the genetics the fish carries but you still need to assess the Koi. What we can clearly see is the insane Gin Rin that the Monkey line has become famed for, it is in fantastic condition. A great project Koi for the coming season and these certainly are not seen in the numbers you see with the Yellow variants.
