Goshiki from Aokiya unsurprisingly have a distinctive style, much like many of the other varieties this farm produces. This Goshiki type is what we call Kuro style, whereby the base colour becomes very dark, almost Sumi like. This style creates a high degree of contrast and gives the Beni a more luminous appearance. Very attractive Beni pattern that will open up nicely as the Koi grows and generates a very harmonious style on a bigger framed Koi. Aokiya is particularly interesting because Haruo Aoki has a reputation for developing unusual varieties and pushing koi breeding forward, rather than simply concentrating on the traditional Gosanke.

Payment MUST be made within 7 days of your winning bid, if payment is not received then the Koi will automatically be relisted. Delivery can be arranged nationwide for £30 per box, of which smaller Koi you can fit 5-6 comfortably in without paying extra delivery charges (should you wish to add to your order).
