This farms Go Sanke often go under the radar but it is hard to think of a breeder where you can achieve such value and quality for your money. Obviously there is some compromise and typically with this lineage its the size but only when compared to the likes of ISA, Momotaro, Dainichi etc, you can still achieve 60-65cm with ease. I have had some great results with Marusei Sanke for the money I have paid over the years. His pattern style and Sumi style is typically very good. There is a nice flow to this Koi and with some body volume it will bring a lot more to the table. Hirasawa is a very common name in the mountains so it sometimes can get confusing for hobbyists, it is a bit like Smith or Jones in the UK. Name aside, this breeder is an absolute behemoth, the facility and volume of water is just biblical. For this reason you can often achieve good bang for your buck due to the sheer quantities of Koi.
