To be honest years ago Shiro Muji in years gone by have been quite a hard sell but given the fact they come from mostly Kohaku spawning's, you typically have quite strong genetic traits for growing big and developing strong body characteristics. Since breeders like Sakai and Dainichi have started to grow them to jumbo proportions I think the hobby is looking at this variety a lot differently now. With no pattern you can really isolate the skin and body quality.
