Gin Rin Aragoke Kumonryu - Black Dragon (0032)

A variety that has captured the imagination of many hobbyists, this variety is somewhat of an oddity, speaking to breeders they are clearly starting to shift focus outside the world of Go Sanke. With many new pond builds encompassing a window, the lateral appearance of a Koi become all the more important. This is why this variety is so popular, the big Aragoke (Armoured) scale arrangement, coupled with the Gin Rin make for a real spectacle in any pond. The contrast between Sumi (Black) and Shiroji (White) create such a visually striking variety. As these grow, so do the scales and at 60cm plus they take on an appearance like nothing else.
