Super Kujaku from the master, Omosako Koi farm. This farm has dominated Shiro Utsuri production for some time and when they decided to branch out to other varieties, it was no surprise they started to dominate also. Inherent issues with body characteristics meant that for many breeders, the challenge of growing big, powerful Kujaku was an issue. This was top of the agenda for Omosako to improve upon when they set about the Kujaku breeding project. I would say with consistency this farm are able to produce Kujaku with body types unlike any other farm. For this reason they are very, very desired. The skin, pigment contrast and pattern type on this piece is beautiful. Yes it has some motoaka (red in pec) but if you are focussing on thgis then your Koi journey is going to be a very frustrating one.
