These come from Omosako's world famous Kujaku production so if you are familiar with this farm Kujaku you will know the genetics for growing are very prevalent and is an area that the farm has focussed on and an area that sets the farm apart from others. Matsubamon is quite heavy at the moment so we look for the fish to gain mass and hope that the scale is framed with that white outline. This is jumbo Tosai, so in the right environment you should be able to attain a good size moving forward.
